A well‑regarded international law firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Lawyer into its London team.

The Team

The Role

You will advise on a range of real estate finance transactions, including:

  • Large‑scale acquisition, investment and development finance matters
  • Bespoke and structured real estate‑backed lending
  • High‑value refinancings and recapitalisations
  • Acting for leading global banks, debt funds, institutional investors and sponsors
  • Cross‑border transactions involving premium real estate assets and complex structures
  • Associates are given responsibility from an early stage, playing a central role on transactions and working directly with sophisticated clients.


Required Qualifications

  • UK (England & Wales) Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent)
  • 2 - 4 years' PQE in real estate finance at a top‑tier law firm
  • Strong technical grounding in real estate finance
  • Commercially astute with a solutions‑focused mindset
  • Confident communicator with the credibility to advise premium clients
  • Excellent academic pedigree and attention to detail
