Within our law division, we specialise in helping students become CILEX Lawyers, Licensed Conveyancers and Probate Practitioners.

Our tutors play a vital role in guiding learners through these pathways with expert teaching, mentoring and support.

This role is based in our Birmingham office. There will be opportunities to work from home 3 days a week once fully trained.

The role

We are now seeking a new team member to join our law tutoring team. In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging and interactive teaching sessions
• Mentor students through their studying journey
• Mark and provide constructive feedback on student assessments within agreed timescales
• Create and proof high-quality learning content
• Contribute to course design

Requirements

We welcome applications from candidates who meet one of the following:

• Licensed conveyancer
• CILEX lawyer, ideally with knowledge of conveyancing
• Law degree

Alongside your professional background, we are looking for someone who can:

• Communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to explain complex topics in a way that learners find accessible
• Bring energy, engagement and variety into teaching sessions
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across conveyancing and related areas of law
• Keep their subject knowledge up to date
• Support and mentor students with patience, empathy and encouragement
• Show commitment to personal growth and openness to innovation in teaching and content delivery
• Work as part of a team and support other tutors when required
• Be well organised, work autonomously and with initiative
• Work within a clear timescale

• Salary package: £28,000 including pension contributions
