Tube Laser Operator (LT722) – Night Shift
Location: Bilston
Pay: £16.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:30 – 06:00
Start: Immediate

We're currently supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Bilston with the recruitment of an experienced Tube Laser Operator. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

The Role

• Setting and operating a BLM LT722 tube laser machine
• Loading and unloading materials using an overhead crane
• Monitoring production output to ensure targets and quality standards are achieved
• Carrying out visual inspections of finished components
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Performing routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Following all health & safety procedures on site

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating laser cutting machinery (tube laser experience highly desirable)
• Familiarity with BLM / Adige machines, ideally LT722
• Valid overhead crane licence (in-date or in-house accepted)
• Ability to work independently on a night shift pattern
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
