Thrive Oldham are delighted to be working with our client in the Leicestershire area, who are actively looking to recruit a Landscape Operative Monday to Friday 37 hours per weekLandscaping or construction site and or operating plant experience we would be interested. Full driving licence preferably although not essential.Any construction experience would be applicable.Key Job ActivitiesTo ensure landscaping and grounds maintenance duties are completed to required standards and timescales.To ensure personal compliance with Health and Safety, COSHH and other regulations.To encourage greater use of parks by helping to provide quality features.To ensure the council's standards of customer service are achieved.Undertake construction and development work including hard and soft landscape projects in accordance with client's drawings and specifications. Construct develop and maintain outdoor sports areas including natural and artificial surfaces in accordance with clients drawing and specifications. Ensure all works are carried out within predetermined timescales and cost.Assists in the maintenance and planting of trees and shrubs on highways and open spaces.
