We’re looking for a Strategic Land & Planning Professional (either with acquisition or planning experience) to join our clients growing team in North Mids working with a forward-thinking land promotion company that’s shaping the future of sustainable development across the region.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying and assessing land opportunities for medium to long-term development
• Managing planning strategy from site acquisition through to allocation and promotion
• Working closely with landowners, local authorities, planning consultants, and stakeholders
• Helping deliver a pipeline of high-quality, strategic land assets

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in strategic land, planning, or development (public or private sector)
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
• A proactive, commercially minded individual with great communication skills
• Ideally MRTPI qualified or working towards it
