We are a dynamic and forward-thinking specialist development management company and due to a significant increase in demand for our feasibility and planning management services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced GIS Land Analyst to join the ever-expanding multi-disciplinary in-house team. This role is integral to our overall operations and services, with the opportunity to lead complex development projects with varying project values of £250k to £25m, through the planning process. As part of the Planning Team, the GIS Land Analyst will play a key role in identifying suitable land for development using GIS tools. The role involves delivering high-quality feasibility studies, producing well-structured reports, and presenting findings to clients. The analyst will also provide GIS support to the team, maintain accurate datasets, and ensure best practices is followed across all GIS-related work.
