About the role
Whilst reporting directly to an experienced Land Consultant, you will combine office and onsite activities for large‑scale infrastructure projects. These activities will range from undertaking site visits, printing, preparation and posting of statutory notices and letters, affixing notices onsite and some stakeholder engagement. The focus of this role is to support the team delivering on some of the UK’s biggest infrastructure projects.

Competent in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel)

Work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in tasks such as production of documents
Strong team player
Some basic GIS knowledge, preferably ArcGIS (advantageous but not essential)
Work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure
Full clean driving licence and ability to travel; flexible working arrangements
UK travel and office working essential
Responsibilities
Data entry into stakeholder relationship management solution, ensuring data is kept up to date and accurate
Assist with onsite land referencing and engaging with landowners
Landowner identification and liaison with the general public and property owners onsite and via phone or email
Telephone, post and email support
Assist GIS & Mapping team to interpret spatial data and produce Land Ownership and Access Plans
Assist with production of statutory notices, access agreements and associated access plans—printing, posting and affixing notices onsite
Work within consents and engagement team of planners, stakeholder engagement and land/digital GIS specialists
