The role As Land Buyer, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new land opportunities, supporting the wider land and planning teams, and helping to maintain a strong pipeline of development sites. You'll work across the full acquisition process, from initial search through to internal approval. Key responsibilities include: Sourcing and appraising both short-term and strategic land opportunities

Managing the land acquisition process with internal teams

Building strong relationships with agents and landowners

Preparing development appraisals and viability assessments

Undertaking market research to support acquisition decisions

Writing reports and presenting sites for internal sign-off

Maintaining high standards of professionalism with all external contacts
