The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload across rural, residential, and commercial property sectors, providing expert advice and practical solutions tailored to each client's needs. Key Responsibilities Valuation & Appraisal Conduct RICS Red Book valuations for inheritance tax, CGT, matrimonial, stocktaking, and development purposes Advise on purchase, sale, and business restructuring strategies
