They are currently seeking a Labour Planner to join their team. Job Role - Labour Planner The Labour Planner shall ensure the successful execution of the site production plan by optimising workforce allocation, maintaining full operational coverage, and meeting headcount and budget targets. Working cross-functionally, you will ensure departments are equipped with accurate labour information and proactively address potential staffing issues, such as initiating recruitment, to prevent disruptions to production. You will also monitor KPIs, identify and resolve challenges, and highlight opportunities for continuous improvement.
