Role Description

Laboratory Leaders are responsible for the operation of their Laboratory. They have leadership responsibility for all staff within their site and are responsible for achieving financial targets and driving ALS group strategies into their businesses to achieve sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Dental technician or lab owner by trade GDC registered Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and problem-solve effectively. Detailed knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures to ensure high product standards. Experience in laboratory field. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe and sustainable working environment.
