Job Title Label Room Operative Reporting to Stores Supervisor Business/Division Operations Location Cookstown HQ Contract Type Full-time, Permanent Salary Negotiable Key Responsibilities: Place orders for labels and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers. Monitor and communicate label delivery timelines to relevant stakeholders. Conduct quality checks on all label deliveries to ensure they meet required standards. Record and issue labels to the manufacturing department as needed. Operate and maintain the in-house label printing machine. Produce and supply accurate labels to the manufacturing team. Maintain appropriate stock levels of printing media and consumables. Ensure all label-related data is recorded accurately and updated in internal systems. Essential Criteria: Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills for liaising across departments and with external suppliers. Proficient IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or stores environment. Familiarity with administrative duties related to inventory or supply chain. Understanding of label printing processes or experience working in a print room. What we offer: Early finish Friday - 2pm Death in service Plan - x3 times Gross Salary.
