Job Description Summary

As a Senior Product Owner, you’ll lead delivery with teams of complex workstreams to deliver the re-platforming of stockbroking. You’ll work across governance, both internal and external, such as FCA governance and contracting, and collaborate directly with the 3rd party platform provider to address a backlog of enhancements on the proposed product platform. Your role will involve working across the Group and with third parties to transform the business.

Working Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week at our Leeds office.

Join our team as a Senior Product Owner, where you'll help reimagine our stockbroking services, support the Lab Product Owner, Business Platform Lead, and the broader team in designing and delivering customer and colleague journeys, and transforming our stockbroking business.

The “Stockbroking Lab” supports Halifax Share Dealing Ltd., providing investment products across Lloyds Banking Group’s brands. We use agile methodologies to deliver value iteratively, aligning with our purpose of helping Britain prosper, and making a difference through our work.
