Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswalds, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maximes, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.
We are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our La Loma Kitchen at Oswalds.

Working Hours:
4 day working week between Monday - Saturday.
7 shifts a week on a rota basis
Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off our venues are closed.

Maintain high standards across all aspects of food preparation and presentation
Work with the freshest seasonal ingredients to create culinary excellence
Play a key part in a collaborative and focused team.
