Hays Education is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Newcastle. This part-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in KS2 during the morning hours, helping them thrive academically and socially. What you'll be doing: Supporting the class teacher with daily activities and learning objectives Working with small groups and individual pupils to boost engagement and understanding Assisting with classroom management and behaviour Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment What we're looking for: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential) Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally within KS2 A proactive, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Why work with Hays Education?
