The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils' learning and development. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will:

Support teaching and learning in a Year 3/4 classroom

Deliver small group interventions and targeted support

Provide 1:1 support for pupils when required

Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
