KS2 SEN Teacher - Specialist SEMH School Location: Royston Sector: Education and Training Salary: £28,618 - £41,137 per annum (actual) Contract: Full-Time | Permanent The Role - KS2 SEN Teacher - Royston In this role, you will: Deliver engaging, nurture-based teaching to small groups and on a 1:1 basis Support pupils with SEMH needs, focusing on emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Apply trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches consistently Plan and deliver personalised learning aligned with EHCP outcomes Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral teams, therapists, and external professionals Create a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment where pupils feel safe and valued You will have a genuine opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships that empower pupils to grow in confidence, self-regulate, and rediscover a love of learning.
