Are you a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners? SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Lambeth seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to start ASAP, with the role running until the end of term and strong potential to continue into the next academic year.
About the role:
Full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant position ASAP start Supporting children across Key Stage 1 (Years 1-2) Leading and supporting small group intervention sessions Working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support Contract through to July, with possible extension into September Helping to create a nurturing and structured classroom environment Backed by a supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

What you'll need:
Previous experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within KS1 Confidence leading or supporting small group intervention sessions A nurturing, patient and positive approach to working with young learners Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers and staff A proactive and flexible attitude in a busy school environment
