This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners in Key Stage 1 and make a real difference in their educational journey.

Your new role
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support with classroom management and preparation of resources

What you'll need to succeed
A passion for working with children and supporting their development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance (preferred) - however, unqualified candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
