The ideal candidate:

Support students with diverse learning needs by employing tailored teaching strategies that accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
Cultivate independence and social skills among pupils through interactive and collaborative activities, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Attend to pupils' personal care and medical requirements, ensuring a safe and nurturing space that promotes their overall well-being and comfort.
Play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of students by implementing programs and activities that encourage physical activity, healthy habits, and emotional resilience.
Assist students in improving their literacy and numeracy skills through targeted interventions and personalised approaches, contributing to their overall academic success across a diverse range of subjects in the curriculum

Qualifications required:

Qualified teacher (QTS)
Preferably taught in early years or KS1
Knows the National Curriculum and assessment methods well
Works well in teams, communicates effectively, and is organised
Committed to ongoing professional growth and loves teaching
Focus on creating a positive and inclusive learning space, with good behaviour management
Has professional references and an Enhanced DBS check
