KS1 Teacher – Droitwich
First For Education are currently recruiting a motivated and committed KS1 Teacher for a supportive and welcoming primary school in Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is eager to make a positive impact within Key Stage 2 and help pupils thrive academically and personally.
The Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
*
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
*
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
*
Prepare pupils for statutory assessments where applicable
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for learners
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
*
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
*
Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
*
Demonstrates strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
*
Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to high standards
*
Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
