Location: Wirral

Pay: £90 to 95 Per Day

Working pattern: Full-Time, Term-Time

Contract: Starting from Mar Onwards

Your new role

As a 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant, you'll be able to support a child in a KS1 classroom working alongside the teacher to help manage daily routines and learning activities. You may be able to assist a SEND child with day-to-day activities and how to navigate through the teacher's lessons. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll need to have experience in childcare or teaching, with a proactive and supportive attitude. You should be confident working with children with different abilities, helping with group tasks and classroom routines. Strong communication, patience, and the ability to follow the teacher's directions are key. A genuine passion for education and a flexible approach will help you make a positive impact every day.
