The Role
We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher to join our team, working with pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will play a vital role in delivering personalised learning experiences that support both academic progress and social-emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with complex needs

* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets

* Create a structured, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment

* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals

* Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress effectively

* Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Experience working with children with SEN, particularly complex needs and/or ASD

* Strong understanding of adaptive teaching strategies and behaviour support

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
