Position: Night Shift Kitchen Supervisor Location: Brent, Greater London Contract Type: Permanent Annual Salary: £40,000 Working Pattern: Night Shift (Sunday to Thursday, 9pm - 6:30am, including a 30-min unpaid break)
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Manage, train, and inspire kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and efficiency. Coordinate food production schedules during the night, keeping everything running smoothly. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure effective stock management. Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with BRC regulations. Collaborate with other departments to foster a cohesive working environment. Create a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and creativity. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in food production or kitchen management. Strong culinary skills with a particular passion for Italian cuisine. Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities that inspire those around you. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
