Kitchen Sales Designer

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you'll work with trade customers and their clients to bring kitchen visions to life.

From concept to completion, you'll take ownership of the design process-offering expert advice, producing inspiring layouts, and confidently negotiating and closing sales.
What Youll Be Doing
- Meeting customers in their homes to understand their vision
- Designing kitchens that combine style and functionality
- Advising on layouts, products, and solutions
- Managing the design process from concept to completion
- Building strong relationships with trade customers
- Confidently negotiating and closing sales
What Were Looking For
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in sales (essential)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A natural eye for design
- Well organised with good prioritisation skills
- Driven, motivated, and results-focused
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- CAD/design experience (preferred but not essential)
Training & Development
Full training xbpsjku is provided-covering kitchen measuring & compliance, design principles, product knowledge, and sales techniques to help you succeed in the role.
