Kitchen Sales Designer

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, youll work directly with trade customers and their clients to bring kitchen ideas to life. Youll visit homes, understand customers needs, and create designs that are both practical and stylish. Alongside design, youll play a key role in the sales process-advising customers, offering solutions, and closing sales.
What Youll Be Doing
Meeting customers in their homes to understand their requirements
Creating kitchen designs that combine style, functionality, and budget
Advising on layouts, products, and solutions
Managing the design and sales process from initial consultation to completion
Building strong relationships with trade customers
Confidently negotiating and closing sales
What Were Looking For
Experience in sales (essential)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Target-driven with a results-focused approach
Good eye for design and practical layouts
Well organised with good time management
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
CAD/design experience (preferred but not essential)
Training & Development
Full training is provided, covering:
Kitchen measuring and compliance
Design principles
Product knowledge
Sales techniques and closing strategies
