Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. Duties and responsibilities related to the Kitchen Porter role
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning, drying, and storage of dishes, cutlery, and cookware.
Assistin receiving, storing, andorganisingfood supplies and kitchen equipment.
Dispose of waste and recyclables properly while following hygiene and safety protocols.
Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks, ensuring smooth workflow during busy operations.
Adhere to hotel/restaurant safety, hygiene, and food handling standards at all times.
About you
You are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. A strong team player, you work well under pressure and bring a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Prior stewarding or hospitality experience is a plus.
