What Youll Be Doing Leading and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food and service every day

Taking ownership of food quality, consistency, and presentation

Managing daily kitchen operations including, ordering, stock control, and food costs

Working with the Executive Head Chef to implement menus, specials, and seasonal ideas

Training and developing team members to build a high-performing kitchen culture

Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance

What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume kitchen

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, stock control, and food cost management

A passion for great food, creativity, and maintaining high standards

Someone confident making decisions and running a kitchen
