Wanted - Kitchen Manager to come Rock n Roll with our crew - Earning potential up to £60,000 per year including basic and tronc.
We opened the first Bone Daddies ramen joint back in 2012 on Peter St in Soho, London. Weve grown a bit since then but what were all about hasnt changed at all real Rock n Roll ramen.

As the Kitchen Manager you will look after managing and developing your team and product. Training and supporting the crew will be key and ensuring that all the food leaving the kitchen is the best that it can be.

Youll work with and manage the kitchen crew doing all manner of jobs including prep, fry section, broth control, filling bao buns and knocking out bangin bowls of ramen!

Youll need kitchen and junior management experience but your attitude, standards, passion and enthusiasm is key.

We are looking for a passionate kitchen manager with an eye on developing and growing with us, to join our crew.
