As our Kitchen Manager, you will be central to the smooth working of our kitchen by lending your culinary knowledge and administrative support. This is a 48-hour contract, full-time position and we are looking for someone who speaks Cantonese or Mandarin, for our smoothly running of the daily operation.
Where are we located? Situated on Level 33 of The Shard, the UKs tallest building, Hutong delivers an exceptional Northern Chinese dining experience with stunning views of London.

Your day at Aqua: Kitchen Order: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and lend administrative support in keeping the kitchen well-stocked and organised. Team Collaboration & Admin: Coordinate the team's holiday and rotas so that the kitchen is well-staffed and running smoothly.
You will be paid £31,785.16 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venues Tronc system, which may give you up to £14,492.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
