We are looking for an energetic assistant manager, striving to be a part of a team and grow. Someone who loves our brand and wants to join us on the journey to build a collection of incredible fresh pasta restaurants. In return for your hard work and dedication, we'll provide you with the guidance and training needed for you to flourish.
We are a small independent restaurant group with a team of 100 split between 5 restaurants, with a 6th site opening soon. Each restaurant team (where you will be working) is around 16-25 people.
You will be compensated well for your work, and should the company perform well, further compensated with an additional bonus. We want you to feel financially secure, always and will do our best to help you build a future for yourself.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Manage production and service of the kitchen
Kitchen staff management, including training, progression and recruitment
Manage stock, inventory and financial areas
Health & Safety compliance with laws and legislations
For us, it is important that you are a person who fundamentally cares about others, believes in good communication, enjoys working in a hands-on style, and has some previous experience working in restaurants.
