Location: Rotherham, S62 6EE
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: To be discussed (morning / breakfast service, lunches and evening meals as and when necessary)
About Us:
The Fitzwilliam Hotel is a well-established and welcoming hotel based in Rotherham, catering for residents, functions and walk-in guests. Due to ongoing demand, we are now looking to recruit a Kitchen Cook to support our breakfast service.
Kitchen Cook - The Role:
As Kitchen Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfasts for hotel residents and walk-in customers. This is a key role within the kitchen, helping to ensure a high standard of food quality and service.
Kitchen Cook - Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes for residents and walk-in guests
- Ensuring food is prepared and presented to a good standard
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen
- Following food safety and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen during service
Kitchen Cook - You:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen is preferred
- Basic food hygiene knowledge
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
