TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fantastic Secondary SEND school based in Lichfield. The school provides a supportive and inclusive environment for students with additional needs, promoting independence and wellbeing through a nurturing and structured approach.
The school is looking to take on a Kitchen Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful Kitchen Assistant will support the preparation and serving of meals, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure all food hygiene regulations are followed within a busy school kitchen setting.
The successful Kitchen Assistant will have:
• Previous experience working as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role • Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • A positive, can-do attitude • Strong teamwork and communication skills
