My job We are currently recruiting Key Skilled Operative in Wholebird to join our team in Pilgrim's Europe

The successful candidates will be responsible for processing product within their department and ensuring hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

A key element of the role is working as part of a team to ensure that production KPIs are met.

- 18:00 as part of Wholebird Team.

Key Responsibilities: • Product processing (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering, evisceration
- depending on area of work) • Responsibility for personal health & safety and that of other colleagues • Ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved • Maintaining hygiene standards • Product packaging and boxing • Product weighing • Rotation of duties and flexibility to support other areas of the factory • Meeting productivity standards • Operating machinery safely and efficiently (training provided) • Carrying out any additional duties as required What We're Looking For: Essential • Ability to read and write in English (depending on area of work) • Good numeracy and communication skills • Willingness to work in a factory environment Desirable • Previous food production or factory experience • Awareness of the Food Processing Industry • Knife skills or previous experience in butchery • Data entry / computer keyboard skills If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and grow your career with us, apply today and join our friendly team!
