Change the World Academy (by Diplomatici S.p.A.) is an international education leader and NGO with consultative status at the United Nations (ECOSOC). About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Agent to join our international team and help expand our presence in the UK education market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to take full ownership of their area and contribute to the success of our educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Connect with schools, educators, and student communities across the UK.
- Present our international training and travel programs to new prospects.
- Close B2B (schools) and B2C (students/families) deals.
- Provide excellent support and follow-up to existing clients.
- Help us grow our brand locally with passion and professionalism.
- Research and contact potential school partners and educators.
- Organize and attend meetings (online and in-person).
- Build tailored proposals based on each school’s needs.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Hit your sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide weekly activity and results reports.
Qualifications
- A dynamic, and highly motivated individual.
- Previous experience in sales (especially in education or training) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with clear goals.
- Knowledge of the UK education system is a big advantage.

Compensation Package
We offer a unique opportunity for ambitious, impact-driven professionals to join a dynamic and international team. The collaboration is structured as a freelance agreement and includes a monthly fixed retainer of €2,500, combined with a performance-based commission of 3% on the revenue generated.
This model is designed to strongly reward results: within 12 months, high-performing collaborators can realistically double their overall compensation, reaching an annual income of approximately €60,000.
After an initial trial phase, successful candidates will have access to a long-term engagement model that values both commitment and performance, while maintaining flexibility and autonomy.
