We are working with a well-established and growing organisation looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients.

The Role


As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of key clients, acting as the primary point of contact while driving long-term value and growth.

You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, ensuring service delivery meets expectations while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and business needs
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure performance, satisfaction, and engagement
  • Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
  • Negotiate renewals and commercial agreements to maximise account value
  • Work towards and exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality service
  • Monitor account performance, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Act as the first point of escalation for client issues and resolve effectively
  • Maintain accurate reporting and account data within CRM systems
  • Support wider team initiatives and projects where required


About You

  • Experience in a B2B sales, account management, or client-facing role
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets
  • Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
