Key Account Manager – Construction Products

Worcestershire (Hybrid – Office + Field)

£55K–£65k Basic + Bonus +Company car + Private healthcare + Pension + 24 Days Holiday


A leading international manufacturer of construction products is growing — and hiring a Key Account Manager to develop key relationships across the UK.


This is a high-impact, hybrid role offering the best of both worlds:


Time in the field building client relationships with established clients

Time in the office working with the internal sales & marketing team driving account strategy.


You’ll manage & develop relationships with specialist contractors across roofing, façade, brickwork, modular , fenestration & drylining sectors — engaging with senior decision-makers throughout.


What we’re looking for:


✔️ Experience selling construction products / building materials to contractors

✔️ Strong account management & relationship-building skills

✔️ Track record of growing existing accounts

✔️ Confident influencing senior stakeholders

✔️ Face to Face Sales experience
