Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Engineer is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. The successful candidate will be assigned a specific portfolio of key accounts and will be expected to achieve sales quotas and strategic account objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives. Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients. Regularly conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to enhance relationships and achieve a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on account status.
