We are looking for a commercially driven and analytically minded Key Account Manager – Digital to join our Sales team and drive growth across key UK customers.

You will play a pivotal role in managing profitability, analysing performance data and developing accounts within the Digital & Stationery channels especially. Your ability to work with digital tools, Excel and commercial insights will be central to your success.


The successful candidate will have experience with Amazon Vendor Central, demonstrating the ability to manage day-to-day operations, resolve tickets efficiently, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments, including, but not limited to Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing and Finance, to uphold best practices and drive operational excellence.


You will be an ambassador for our brands in the UK: Daler-Rowney, Canson, Arches, DAS, Scola, Lyra, Giotto, and others brands from the FILA Group, across the full range of products.


You are:

  • Confident in a customer-facing and account management role.
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel and numerical skills.
  • Commercially minded with a solid grasp of margins, pricing, P&L and profitability.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and reporting platforms.
  • A critical thinker with a positive, proactive approach to growth and problem-solving.
  • Organised, results-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • A strong communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships.
  • Able to translate data and insight into targeted actions and customer plans.
  • Attentive to customer feedback and able to share insights internally.


You will:

  • Manage and grow the sales and the profitability of your portfolio
  • Use data to drive decision-making and identify gaps, risks and opportunities.
  • Use Excel and digital tools to analyse sales, trends, costs and customer behaviour.
  • Produce reports, KPIs and forecasts for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collect and interpret market and performance data to inform strategy.
  • Promote our product portfolio using catalogues, digital tools and trade promotions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships through meetings, calls and email engagement.
  • Deliver insight-led presentations and recommendations to customers.
  • Implement account and channel strategies aligned with margin and growth priorities.
  • Use data to match products and brands to customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your channel.
  • Deliver accurate demand planning and reporting.
  • Monitor performance vs budget and propose tactical actions when required.
  • Take ownership from order entry to invoicing and delivery, working closely with Customer Service.
  • Manage credit notes, complaints and service issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve problems and support customer expectations.
  • Meet customers and deliver impactful insights and analysis.
  • Share feedback with marketing, trade marketing and product teams.
