T&K Associates are proud to be recruiting for a Key Account Executive to join our client based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a permanent basis.Reporting into the Key Account Lead, youll play a key role in supporting and developing customer relationships, acting as a central point of contact to ensure a seamless and high-quality service.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, friendly business that has grown consistently over the years and has exciting plans for continued expansion.Key Account Executive Job Benefits;£31,500 per annumMonday to Friday Option of a set shift - 7.30am-3.30pm / 8am-4pm / 8.30am-4.30pm hours to be agreed with the Client on interview20 days holiday + bank holidays with the option to purchase additional daysPrivate HealthcareCompany pension schemeFree parking Key Account Executive Job Details;Lead liaison between the Company and other accounts obtaining daily project updatesManaging Customer enquiries into the business and redirecting them to the appropriate function providing answers with suitable timescalesProvide a quote to the Customer again within defined timescales using dedicated software and toolsPrioritise Customer requests dependant on urgencyAttend a conference call 3 times per weekWork with the Sales team to highlight new Customers and direct responses accordinglyProvide support to the quotations and purchasing team as and when requiredObtain Stock Management informationRecord and monitor Customer feedback and the service providedOrder products and update the scheduleGrowth and long-term project planningLiaise and support other areas within the business on inter-company purchasing aligned with this roleProactively lead and facilitate the HS&E plans for your department and ensure continued complianceAll other associated duties as required by the CompanyKey Account Executive Person Specification;Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requests, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal with confidence liaising with customers and internal teamsProven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholdersHigh level of attention to detail, particularly when preparing quotations, processing orders, and updating schedulesProactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and use initiativeGood IT skillsIf you are interested in the position of Key Account Executive, get in touch by sending your CV to T&K Associates today.JBRP1_UKTJ
