We are seeking a highly capable Key Account Director to lead a £36m per annum facilities management contract within the healthcare and NHS sector.This is a pivotal senior leadership role overseeing multi-site FM operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant and efficient services across three major hospital locations.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a confident, resilient Key Account Director with a strong Facilities Management background to lead a high‑profile account.You’ll oversee two Key Account Managers, drive commercial performance and play a key role in mobilising brand‑new services on the contract.So, if you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working with senior stakeholders and want to make a visible impact - then this could be your next big step!Multi‑site role with 3 main locations in LondonSutton HospitalWhat You’ll Be DoingDeliver on mobilisation commitments following a new 10-year contract win at Royal Marsden.Lead, mentor and empower two Key Account Managers across Chelsea & Westminster NHS Trust and Royal Marsden NHS Trust.Build and maintain a strategic partnership between ISS and FRC, strengthening relationships and ensuring operational alignment.Drive consistent operational performance across all sites, ensuring service excellence and compliance with Trust expectations.Oversee financial performance, ensuring budgets, forecasts and commercial targets are met.Ensure accurate contract information is maintained and convert data insights into service improvements.Enhance stakeholder engagement through regular communication, aligned to Trust values and the account development plan.Promote innovation and best practice across all locations, acting as a senior subject‑matter expert and representing the organisation at internal and Trust‑wide meetings.What We’re Looking ForDemonstrable experience of operating at Key Account Director level or similar senior FM leadership role – with a focus on Soft FM in Healthcare.Experience working within large organisations with multiple stakeholders and differing expectations.Financially astute, with strong skills in budgeting, financial management, reporting and performance management.Skilled in SLA management and KPI reporting.A natural people leader with strong decision‑making skills and an action‑oriented approach.Degree‑level educated or qualified by experience.Must hold a full UK driving licence.Background in healthcare FM is a bonus.EEO StatementISS welcomes all applicants regardless of age, disability, gender identity or gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race (which includes race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin and caste), religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation or educational background. #J-18808-Ljbffr
