About you
You are a motivated and capable individual with a working knowledge of 3Ds Max or similar 3D modelling software. While you may be at the early stages of your career, you demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment. Any prior experience in the construction industry—whether in Design & Build, Architecture, Main Contracting, Subcontracting, or Interior Design—is advantageous.
You are comfortable using modelling software and open to transferring your existing skills to 3Ds Max, with the support and guidance of experienced team members.
You have a basic understanding of rendering software and visualisation principles, and you’re eager to develop your technical skills further—particularly in creating high-quality, photorealistic content. You are excited by the opportunity to learn from experienced 3D artists and improve your technical skills to achieve photorealism in your content.
An interest in the Design & Build sector and a curiosity about how your work fits into the broader project lifecycle are important to you. You thrive in environments that encourage experimentation, technical growth, and continuous learning.
You bring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. You understand the importance of contributing to team goals and are keen to add value to the wider business through your creativity and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
As a Junior 3D Visualiser, you will support the wider visualisation team across a range of tasks while developing your technical skills and understanding of project workflows.
3D Modelling Support: Assist senior team members by preparing accurate and detailed 3D models for use in project scenes. You will work closely with others to learn best practices and understand project requirements.
2D Asset Preparation: Help source, organise, and create 2D assets such as fabric textures, materials, and background imagery to support visual content creation.
Asset Library & File Management:Contribute to the maintenance and organisation of the studio’s 3D and 2D asset libraries. This includes consistent file naming, folder structure management, and ensuring assets are readily accessible for efficient use.
Software Research & Workflow Testing: Support the team in researching and testing new software, plugins, or tools. You’ll play an active role in exploring alternative workflows to help improve output quality and team efficiency.
Creation of Smaller CGIs and Marketing Visuals:Once you are confident with the studio workflow, you will take ownership of smaller-scale CGI projects or assist in updating and refining existing visuals for marketing or internal use.
Cross-Department Collaboration:Stay connected with other departments to ensure your visuals align with current trends, brand identity, and project expectations.
