Your new company Your new job working as a Technician will be based in London City on a hybrid basis. Your new company is an Independent Lloyds' broker specialising in excess and surplus lines business emanating from managing general agencies and wholesale brokers in North America. Your new role Your new role as a technician means you will have a surplus of responsibilities as a technician supporting the Broking team. You will be supporting the Account executive in developing new and renewal Binding Authority business as well as obtaining quotes from underwriters, including negotiating mid-term changes. You will be analysing underwriting by liaising with underwriters and clients accordingly. You will be responsible for maintaining existing facilities, including mid-term changes, and handling special acceptances.
