The hotel and Restaurant are highly prized within the Suffolk / Cambridge area and are keeping up with continual food trends. There is a great team atmosphere, the hotel has a small staff turnover and a real push for success. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be happy to run and maintain your own section, support the senior management, and be able to effectively communicate with all members of the team. Although the hotel is busy all year round, the summer months are particularly busy, so you will have to keep up with the pace of the kitchen and keep consistency on dishes. A really great opportunity for a budding Junior Sous Chef who wants to continue in their career path of Rosette level cooking, you must have a real passion for fine food and be open minded. Prior experience at this level is essential. Live in will be considered for the right candidate.
