The Club offers a truly unique and rewarding environment to work, blending a rich history with a progressive outlook. The Department With four kitchens on-site, The Hurlingham Club caters to members, their guests, and event clients with a rich variety of dining options.
The Main Kitchen
prepares and cooks food for all member/non-member and corporate functions in the Events Suites. It also assists with the food preparation in other outlets, including the Pool Bar and BBQs between May and September. Within the Main Kitchen, there is a dedicated pastry kitchen which prepares and bakes pastries, desserts, and other baked goods for events and Club venues.
The Harness Room Kitchen
offering a relaxed menu exclusively for members and their guests, providing light breakfasts, lunches and a more formal evening offering.
The Polo Bar Kitchen
prepares a light menu and dinner seven days a week.
The Brasserie Kitchen
offering modern British cuisine during lunch and dinner service for members and their guests. The Role This opportunity is available on both a casual and fixed-term basis:
Fixed Term
Average of 40 hours per week on a roster basis over five days. Additional hours are compensated with hourly overtime payments.
Fixed Term Salary
from
£39,100 per annum (Full Time Equivalent), this will be pro-rated for the duration of the contract.
Casual
Casual hours are offered as per availability, on a roster basis. This may include early, late or weekend shifts.
Hourly rate
- £19.86 per hour.

Candidates should have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen and a strong desire to enhance their expertise and grow professionally.
