We are currently looking for an experienced hotel Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading the kitchen team with the appropriate skill set to deliver exceptional service to the hotel's clients and guests.

The Person
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have: An expert knowledge and passion for ingredients, flavours and food design. High level of culinary skill. Excellent and innovative culinary and presentation skills and demonstrate a passion for food Having the ability to plan, lead and execute projects on their own to achieve desired standards Ability to influence and operate at all levels Used to working with large numbers but not compromise on quality Minimum 2 years' experience as a CDP or senior CDP Previous experience in a similar role in a branded high-quality hotel Strong organisational skills. Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines.
