With over 50 years of combined experience in hospitality and business development we are focused on providing the tools and back-up for the team to create an amazing work environment.

*Duties*

* Assist in planning and preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
* Oversee food production processes, maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
* Support the training and development of junior team members, fostering a positive team environment.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management.
* Monitor portion control and minimise waste to optimise operational efficiency.
* Serve as a role model for professionalism, hospitality, and culinary excellence within the team.

*Experience*

* Proven supervising experience within a busy kitchen environment, ideally in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards.
* Demonstrable leadership abilities with experience managing teams in high-pressure situations.
* Solid background in food production, restaurant operations, and serving customers.
* Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance is desirable.
* Previous experience in hospitality or catering establishments is highly advantageous. This role is suitable for motivated individuals eager to contribute their culinary talents while developing their leadership skills within a professional setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 45.0 per week
