We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie looking to step up to join a successful company owned high volume day time only restaurant serving predominantly fresh food menus.
You will need your own transport to get here.

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - IS THIS YOU? Experience as a junior sous chef/chef de partie gained working in high volume restaurants, contract catering operations, pubs etc
A background preparing, producing and cooking core company menus
Passion for cooking using fresh ingredients
A hands-on approach and willingness to learn
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF- YOU WILL:
Prepare and cook the seasonally changing company menus
Work alongside the senior chefs and FOH teams
Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation and kitchen safety measures
