Were looking for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our clients kitchen team in Gloucester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves working with fresh, high-quality ingredients and is ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Whats on offer:
Salary: £30,000 (depending on experience)
40 hours per week
4-day working week for excellent work-life balance
At least 2 weekends off per month
Closed on Christmas Day
The role:
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Work with fresh ingredients to create consistently excellent dishes
Assist with training and motivating junior team members
Ensure kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards are met
What were looking for:
Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen is essential
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Passion for cooking and developing skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
