About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Charlotte Street . As a key member of our back-of-house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive. Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment
